• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus bank fees)
• 15-29 days: 25% of your total booking value
• 7-14 days: 50% of your total booking value
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.
• Holiday departures and special offers may have different terms — we'll always confirm these with you before you book.

• Children 6-11 years: Enjoy a 50% discount
• Children 12 years and above: Adult rate applies
• Cabin type and sailing date may affect these policies, so just ask, and we'll guide you.

Tipping isn't required, but it's always appreciated:

• Tour Guide: USD 15-20 per day
• Driver & MS Nile Dolphin Crew: USD 5-10 per day
• Hotel Staff: USD 1-2 per service
• Small USD bills or Egyptian Pounds are easiest to carry.
