All prices for the Steigenberger Minerva Nile Cruise are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payments can also be made in Euros (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP) using the exchange rate applicable on the payment date.

Your cruise fare is guaranteed once your deposit has been received and your reservation is confirmed. Please note that departures during Christmas, New Year, and Easter are subject to a 25% holiday supplement due to increased demand.

Regular Departures

• To confirm your cabin aboard the Steigenberger Minerva Nile Cruise, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 15 days before your cruise departure date.

Peak Season Departures

• For sailings during Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  The remaining 50% balance must be settled 15 days before departure.

If you need to cancel your Steigenberger Minerva Nile Cruise, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (excluding bank or transaction fees).
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% of the total cruise price will be charged.
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the total cruise price will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total cruise price will be charged.

• Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 business days.
• Refund times may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.
