• Prices are quoted in USD, but EUR and GBP are also accepted at the exchange rate on the payment date.
•  Rates may vary with the season and availability, but your price is guaranteed once the deposit or full payment is received.
•  A 25% surcharge applies to Nile cruises and tours during Christmas, New Year, and Easter.

• We keep our payment terms clear and simple, so you can lock in your Nile cruise with confidence.
  Standard Nile Cruise Bookings:
• Pay a 30% deposit to confirm your cabin and cruise dates.
  Pay the remaining 70% at least 15 days before you arrive in Egypt.
  Peak Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year, Easter):
• Because demand is so high, we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation during these periods.
  The remaining 50% is also due 15 days before you arrive.

Once we receive your payment, we’ll email you a booking confirmation, a detailed itinerary, and all the travel documents you need. A payment receipt is included for your records.

We know plans can change, so here’s how cancellations work:

• 30 days or more before arrival: You get a full refund, minus any bank or transaction fees.
• 15 to 29 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost applies.
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost applies.
• Less than 7 days before arrival, or if you don’t show up: The full tour cost is charged.
• When a refund is due, we process it within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. 

Families are always welcome at Nile Cruise Offers. Here are our rates for children:

• 2 to 5 years: 25% of the adult price
• 6 to 11 years: 50% of the adult price
• 12 years and older: Full adult price
• Child discounts apply only when the child shares a room with two full-paying adults. 

Tipping, known locally as “baksheesh,” is a normal part of travel in Egypt and a kind way to say thank you for good service. It’s not required, but it’s always appreciated. Here’s a rough guide:

• Tour guide: $15 to $20 per day for the whole group
• Driver: $5 to $10 per day for the whole group
• Nile cruise crew: $10 per person per night, shared among the staff.
• Tips are usually not included in your package. It helps to carry small bills in USD or EGP, so you always have the right amount on hand.

The Blue Shadow Nile Cruise offers a relaxing and enjoyable journey between Luxor and Aswan, where guests can enjoy comfortable cabins, friendly Egyptian hospitality, and guided tours to Egypt’s most famous historical sites. 

All private excursions, entrance fees, and English-speaking guides for small groups of 1–8 guests are included, with support from our team throughout your trip. Optional tours and tips for the guide, driver, and cruise crew are not included and must be paid separately.
