• Regular bookings: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due at least 15 days before arrival in Egypt.
• Holiday bookings: A 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at least 15 days before arrival.
• Once your payment is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the important details, including your booking confirmation, full itinerary, travel documents, and payment receipt. 

• We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, so our cancellation policy is designed to keep things clear and straightforward.
• 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus any bank or transaction fees.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Please note that some cruises and hotels may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be specified in your itinerary

• Children 12 years and above: Full adult price.
