• We will return to the cruise for lunch.

Standard Nile Cruise Bookings:

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your chosen cabin and suite dates.
• The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date in Egypt.

Peak Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year, Easter):

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your cruise reservation. The deposit secures your booking. Pay the remaining 50% balance at least 15 days before arrival.

We recommend completing your reservation and payment on time to guarantee your cruise booking.

• 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus any bank or transaction fees.
• 15-29 days before arrival: 25% of total tour cost.
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days after receiving your written cancellation request. Some cruises or hotels may have stricter policies, which will be clearly outlined in your itinerary.

• Children 2-5 years: 25% of the adult price.
• Children 6-11 years: 50% of the adult price.
• Children 12 years and above: Full adult price.

Tipping is a traditional Egyptian custom used to express gratitude for excellent service. Although completely voluntary, it is always warmly received. Recommended amounts include:

• Tour Guide: $15-20 daily per group.
• ​Driver: $5-10 daily per group.
• ​Nile Cruise Crew: $10 per guest per night (pooled for the entire onboard staff).
• ​Note: Gratuities are not included in the tour price. Keeping small EGP or USD notes on hand is advised for your comfort.
