• Prices may change depending on market conditions, seasonal demand, and availability. However, once a deposit or full payment has been made, the booking price is confirmed and guaranteed.
• Holiday Supplement: A 25% surcharge applies to all Nile cruises and tours booked during the Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays due to high seasonal demand.

Standard Bookings

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your cabin and cruise dates.
• The remaining 70% must be paid at least 15 days before your arrival in Egypt

Peak Season Bookings

• For Christmas, New Year, and Easter bookings, a 50% deposit is required.
• The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before your arrival.

Booking Confirmation and Documents

• Once your payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, along with your detailed itinerary, required travel documents, and payment receipt.

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus any bank or transaction fees.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost is charged.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost is charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost is charged.
• Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Some cruises or hotels may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated in your itinerary.

Lady Mary Nile Cruise offers welcomes families and provides the following rates for children:

• Free of charge.
• Ages 2–5: 25% of the adult price.
• Ages 6–11: 50% of the adult price.
• Ages 12 and above: Full adult price.

These discounts apply when children share accommodation with two full-paying adults. Some Nile cruises and hotels may have specific ages restrictions or child policies, which will be stated in your itinerary when applicable.

Tipping, known locally as “baksheesh,” is customary in Egypt and is appreciated as a way to thank staff for good service. Although not mandatory, the following amounts are recommended:

• Tour guide: 15–20 per day per group.
• Driver: 5–10 per day per group.
• Nile cruise crew: $10 per person per night, shared among the staff.
• Tips are not included in the package price. We recommend carrying small USD or EGP bills for convenience.

Lady Mary Nile Cruise has 68 cabins in total, including:

• 4 suites with large beds.
• 56 double cabins with twin beds.
• 2 double cabins with large beds.
• 6 single cabins.

All cabins are non-smoking and feature private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, air conditioning, TVs, telephone lines, electronic safes, and mini fridges. Depending on the cabin, guests can enjoy closed or open windows or a French balcony with Nile views.

The main restaurant serves international, Italian, Asian, and Oriental cuisines in an open-buffet style, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Each cabin and suite has a fire alarm, water sprinkler system, life jackets, and an emergency escape map. The cruise also follows the Crystal International Program for food safety and hygiene.

Guests can pay in Egyptian pounds, euros, British pounds, or US dollars. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Guests can enjoy disco parties, belly dancing, traditional Galabeya parties, and folkloric shows.

The sundeck features a swimming pool, a bar, and sun loungers, offering views of the Nile.
