Standard Nile Cruise Bookings

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due at least 15 days before you arrive in Egypt.

Peak Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year, and Easter)

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking during these busy holiday periods. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.

Booking Confirmation

• Once your payment is received, you will get a confirmation email along with your itinerary, necessary travel documents, and payment receipt.

• 30 days or more before arrival: A full refund will be issued, excluding any bank or transaction fees.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund will be provided, and the full tour cost will be charged.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.
• Certain cruises or hotels may follow different cancellation terms. Any additional conditions will be clearly stated in your itinerary.
