• Currency: Prices are listed in USD, with EUR and GBP also accepted at the exchange rate on the payment date.

• Holiday Surcharge: A 25% extra charge applies to bookings during Christmas, New Year, and Easter.

We aim to make booking your Nile cruise as easy and convenient as possible. Our payment policy is designed to secure your reservation and give you peace of mind as you prepare for your trip.

        Standard Nile Cruise Bookings

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your preferred cabin and sailing dates.
• The remaining 70% must be paid at least 15 days before your arrival in Egypt.
  Peak Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year, and Easter)
• For bookings during these popular holiday periods, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining 50% is due no later than 15 days before your arrival in Egypt.
• Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your booking confirmation, itinerary, travel documents, and receipt by email. 

We understand that travel plans may sometimes change. To help you plan with confidence, please review our cancellation terms below:

• 30 days or more before arrival: Receive a full refund, minus any applicable bank or transaction fees.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Refund Processing: If your booking qualifies for a refund, we’ll process it within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.

At Nile Cruise Offers, we welcome families and aim to make traveling with children easier with the following special rates:

• Ages 2–5: Pay 25% of the adult rate.
• Ages 6–11: Pay 50% of the adult rate.
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full adult rate.
• Please Note: These discounts apply when children share a cabin or room with two adults paying the full rate. Some Nile cruises and luxury hotels may have specific age restrictions or different policies for children. If any special conditions apply, they will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary.

Tipping, commonly known as “baksheesh” in Egypt, is a traditional way to thank people for their service. Although it’s entirely optional, it’s a thoughtful gesture that is always appreciated.

• Tour Guide: Around $15–20 per day per group.
• Driver: Approximately $5–10 per day per group.
• Nile Cruise Crew: About $10 per person per night, shared among the onboard staff.
• Please Note: Tips are generally not included in your tour package. For convenience, we recommend keeping some small-denomination US dollar or Egyptian pound bills with you during your trip.
