• Holiday Supplement: A 25% surcharge applies to all Nile cruises and tours booked during the Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays due to high seasonal demand.

Standard Bookings:

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% payable at least 15 days before your arrival in Egypt.

Peak Season Bookings:

• For cruises booked during Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.

Booking Confirmation:

• Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation, detailed itinerary, required travel documents, and payment receipt.

• We understand that travel plans may change, so our cancellation policy is designed to keep things clear and straightforward.
• 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus bank or transaction fees.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Please note that some cruises or hotels may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be specified in your itinerary.

• 2–5 years: 25% of the adult price.
• 6–11 years: 50% of the adult price.
• 12 years and above: Full adult price.
• These discounts apply when children share accommodation with two adults paying the full rate. Some Nile cruises and luxury hotels may have specific age restrictions or child policies, which will be mentioned in your itinerary when applicable.

• Tipping, known as “baksheesh” in Egypt, is a common way to show appreciation for good service. Although it is not compulsory, it is widely appreciated. Suggested tips are

• Driver: $5–10 per day per group.
• Nile cruise crew: $10 per person per night, shared among the staff.
• Tips are generally not included in the package price. We recommend carrying small USD or EGP bills for convenience.

The cruise offers Junior Single cabins with a single bed and Royal Suites with a large bed or twin beds. Both include a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, a French balcony, air conditioning, a TV, a telephone, an electronic safe, and a mini-fridge.

The Nile Excellence Cruise has 30 suites, including 23 Standard Suites, 2 Junior Double Suites, 2 Junior Single Suites, and 3 Royal Suites.

The restaurant serves international, Asian, Italian, and Oriental cuisine in an open-buffet style, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Guests can enjoy local folkloric shows, belly dancing, disco parties, Galabeya parties, and games such as tombola or bingo at the lounge bar, which serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The sundeck offers Nile views, sunbeds, a swimming pool, a bar serving cold drinks and snacks, and afternoon tea.

The cruise provides a jewelry shop, bazaars, a reading room, internet access, a boat-wide sound system, 24-hour room service, on-call medical assistance, and laundry service.
