Peak Season Bookings: 

• For Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 15 days before arrival.

• After payment, you’ll receive an email with your booking confirmation, itinerary, travel documents, and payment receipt.

30 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus bank or transaction fees.
15–29 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
7–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Some cruises or hotels may have different cancellation terms, which will be stated in your itinerary.

• Tipping, known locally as “baksheesh,” is a common way to thank service staff in Egypt. Although it is optional, it is appreciated when you receive good service.

• Nile Cruise Crew: $10 per person per night, shared among the staff.
  Tipping is optional in Egypt but appreciated for good service. It is not included in the package, so carrying small USD or EGP bills is recommended.

The ship has 66 spacious cabins.

44 twin cabins, 17 double cabins, and 5 suites. All cabins have private balconies overlooking the Nile, and 12 cabins can accommodate up to three guests.

The Solaris I Nile Cruise features a 132-seat restaurant serving local and international cuisine, a panoramic lounge bar, and a sun deck with a bar and BBQ facilities. Entertainment includes Galabiya parties, folkloric dance shows, music, and a discotheque. Guests can also relax in the reading room or enjoy a game of billiards. 

The Solaris I Nile Cruise offers a swimming pool with a shallow area for children, a sun deck with loungers, a reading room, and a billiard room. Guests can also shop for souvenirs at the onboard bazaar and jewelry shop.

The cruise offers full-board meals, with a variety of local and international dishes served in the onboard restaurant.

The cruise offers 3-night trips from Aswan every Wednesday and 4-night trips from Luxor every Saturday. Guests can also book a 7-night cruise to enjoy a longer journey along the Nile and explore attractions in Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Aswan.
